I dont know how to post pictures up here, its so stupid, weres the "add picture" button???? Anyway I quite like the shape of it, and ive heard that its going to a 150HP motor with a 6 speed transmition and will weigh in around 1950pound which is around 884kg.

Will be good if the CRX makes another mark in the honda family. That link Chi posted was the same article I read, and just noticed the date is January 2002.

I am going to do some google searching now :D

Yeah, there seems to be a lot of hope but very little substantial evidence of a 4th gen CRX in the making. revolution is correct, that photoshop is based on the Insight, been floating around the net for ages along with a couple of other pics (some good some bad), and yeah, an article from MOTOR in 2002. If you notice MOTOR's upcoming page doesn't list the CRX at all anymore...

It'd be awesome to see in any case, and yeah, the 160hp/800kg seems to be the figure being bandied around.

crx2gen: actualy if you do have a look in the Motor Mag, in 2004 Honda CRX. Its not just in the 2002 Motor mag but in the 2003 mags as well.

imagine that with a boosted K20 engine
:P :P

I'd buy one straight away! it'd be light as *drool over power2weight ratio* :D

If they DO do it, it would be out in Japan a few months before it is here- I wouldn't expect to see it in Japan before October, then add a few months before we get them... And if they do it, if the "fast" variation price is under $40K, I'lll buy one.

i read in a magazine somewhere where they interviewed the honda head honcho about the Type R and other stuff being developed. Apparently there was a turbo in the RnD rooms, and honda wouldnt let them into that room. The turbo as told by the interviewor was a VWT as used by the all conquering honda Jordans driven by aaryton senna.

makes sense if there is a new CRX that the CRX sports a VWT turbo from factory :) yummy!

Or even better, make the turbo CRX rear wheel 4WD :)

omg, that's exactly what i thought when RWD was mentioned.

they would never make it 4wd, it's too light 4wd would just add 150kg onto the weight.
