hi all,

I had a ceramic cushion button clutch installed going on 4 months ago but the other day the slave cylinder started leaking fluid and had to be replaced after all clutch pressure dropped the other night on the way home. I filled the reservoir with some spare fluid i had in the boot but I had honda fix it. But now the clutch doesnt feel as hard and feels really sluggish and sloppy. Ive booked it in to a clutch specialist next week. Any ideas or is it in my head?

If the clutch disengages fine then don't worry.

Putting fresh fluid in and a newly replaced slave cylinder could leave the peddle feeling very soft. Give it some time and it will get hard again.

When my clutch was changed and new fluid was put in....I jumped in the car put my foot down and the pedal went to the floor without much effor :)
