Good one Jerry...6 grand for a K20A....if you get the TypeR K20, you will be lucky to even find an engine and gearbox for that price!

$6000??? That's very very cheap.

My K20A2 engine/manifold/tb/fuel rail/injectors/loom + JDM K20A flywheel/clutch + gearbox already costed me more than $6000

You'll also need a JDM K20A ECU to bypass the immobiliser(or you can get aftermarket replacement ECU like AEM, Motec or K-Pro, range from $2000-$6000), DC5 axles and brakes, custom motor mounts and alot of little bits and pieces.. I think you should budget for at least $15000-$20000 before you start the project.

I think we have here in the Philippines already... It was made by Fusion-R. Mine will be a N2O project for my jazz... Where is the fuel pressure located on a 1.3l i-dsi engine?

6000 is way way too cheap, think 15000ish+
because didnt the dynamite have to even move the firewall, and thats gotta be a big ass job.

even for a "non type r" base dc5 for k20a conversion, ill cost at least 10k+

I remember hearing you dont need to move the firewall, 6k is no where near enough cash

Jazz uses in-tank fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator. If you want to use an external fuel pressure regulator, you will need drill some holes to run custom return line.

Edit: oops, this is suppose to reply tonyrace_41's question about fuel pressure

btw if you are not running alot of boost in your application, the stock fuel system should be good for 160hp because I don't remember seeing any fuel system modification in the HKS turbo package.

If you are targeting for more than 160hp, it will be a good idea to build up your internals first.
