How good are these in terms of flow and emissions?
I am considering a 2.5" stainless steel one.
Thanks

a "hi flow" cat isnt always "hi flow" - it is just larger inlet + outlet. Still , its new compared to a ponky old blocked one.
I have a 2.25inch x force cat sitting in my room waiting for a install too.
BTW why a 2.5 inch ? Id go MAX 2.25 inch , to follow thru with your header collector size..

Someone show us a dyno graph or flow chart etc ?!? My point , is that a NEW cat will flow alot better than an old OEM one :)

hmmmmz undecided on weather hi flow cat necessary or not...
any chance of losing bottom end power wit hi flows ? as i kno 4-1 headers do loose out on bottom end...

as long as the car inlet is as big as the colelctor size everything should be fine

ah k so going any bigger than the header collector size isnt advised?
cuz i got a 2" collector on my header, and was planing on getting either a 2.25" or possibly even 2.5" cat :o
how many kw/hp improvement did the dyno graph shows?

Well I got HPC coated tuned length extractors with 2.5" press bent exhaust so I don't want the cat setting me back
