as for lowering i'd say anywhere from 1.5"-2.5" because you're on 19s it will raise the car too, 2.5" being the extreme lowest i would go as it may start affecting the way your car handles in a negative way...

i agree, if your using stock shocks 2.5 will be enough, just to be on the safe side

you prob want to go 2.5' cause of your 19's. any thing more and youll feel your ride become uncomfortable. but thats my 2cents

dude 4inch is crazy man ... i would say 2.5 is good for 18inch

going bigger in wheel size also would mean having to get wider tyres to fit
you might find you will rub once you get 19" wheels and lower the car too much...
even though the wheel arches are flared...it will still rub in some cases

lower the car first, something sensible and livable...then go look at getting your wheels would be my best suggestion

btw, i also have a 2002 Integra lowered on Mugen coilovers...it's not very low but it's perfect for all applications. it's about a 1.25" drop
