anyone here know of any DIY of stripping the dash parts...etc , coz thers few parts i cant seem to get off,so i can finish getn em sprayd, if anyone has the time to do one would be much appreciated i doubt it though lol...

I recently took the dash out and if you are talking about painting the trim surrounding the heater controls and head unit...you will have to take the dash off entirely as there about 6 screws you have to undo from behind. If you just want to paint the vents, they can all be taken off without removing the dash...to remove the tricky middle vent (behind which is a bolt to undo if you want to remove the dash) you must pry a screwdriver at the side CLOSEST to the windscreen. To remove the dash you must also remove bolts at either side and accessible when doors are opened, and a could around driver/passenger knee level (easy to find). Then you just have to unplug some wiring looms and you're done.
