everytime I start my car it is running at 2600rpm which is high.
I want to lower the cold idle, is there anyway of doing it?

In short on the stock ECU no.

But you can play around with the water temp compensation sensor, and electrically fool it what the engine temperature via adding resistance to the sensor, but only someone in the “know” could do this for you.

if your brave you can adjust the Fast Idle Temp Valve, its that mechanical valve on the throttle body thats coolant lines flowing through it

all depends what car, wheather it is sealed or not, Caution though, you could make your revs hunt at idle, but its defantly adjustable.

Yeah the ICAV on the back of the intake manifold.
but I can't turn it as it not hex screw, only have five side.

Do I need a special tool to turn it?
