Batteries??

Hey guys,
I Have a Microtech ECU chip in my car model (microtech LT- 8...) 98 VTI coupe , it was already in when I bought the car... I've noticed in the past couple of days the Redlight is flickering, Im sure the "red light" means bad.. Do I need to Dyno Tune the car? or is it fixable ? Help would be great,

Im guessing there is such thing as an audio battery, I was just wondering, coz Im running microtech in the car, and i just installed an amp aswell, and today I noticed a red light flashing on the microtech, and when i took the power wire off for the amp, I drove home from work and the red light didnt flash at all.. N e one with experience could help me out, if it would be advisable to get an extra battery or heavy duty one...??
