I have a Civic 7th Gen Vi Hatch 01. Looking into lowering it.

Anyone know how the drop Eibach (Pro or Sport) will be like ?
What I heard is the Eibach stuff doesnt drop as much as it declared.
It will be great if any 7th Vi Hatch owner who uses Eibach spring can give me advise.
Also, I would like to know if I can still keep my stock shock while using aftermarket spring?

Thanks!

u can u se eibach springs on stock shocks ok.

the drop isnt as much as some other springs but the quality is definately there.

these go very well with koni yellows damper adjustable shocks.

i hope a 7th gen owner here can give u more of an insite man.

have u tried on the US 7th gen civic forum?

If your going to go for the sportline i'd suggest upgrading your shocks at the same time.

There definitely a quality sping! You won't be in for a bone shattering ride like you are on other springs. :)

As Trav said US 7th gen forum is probably your best bet.

Thank you very much for your reply my friends.
I think i am going for the sportline coz it may handle and look better. Just worry about the stockie shocks. As some of my friend told me that even with the Pro kit (not quite low) would still wear out the shocks very fast. Is that true ? Thanks!
