ok, so I got some new H4 globes today, the philips clear vision white ones, everyone knows them.

And I got those two parker globes, so im thinkin, fo shizzle I'll change those to, right, even tho the original oem ones are working just fine.

so I change them, and my right parker globe is now blinking on and off whenever it feels like it, it is plugged in properly, I cleaned all the shit off of it with WD-40, and it still flashes on and off...

And it's not at a regular interval :(

So now i realise just how much of a n00b I am any ideas on what to do to fix it?

didnt spray the wiring, didnt spray the bulb, or the plug, I sprayed WD-40 onto a toothbrush and cleaned the crap off with a toothbrush and a rag.

That grease is there for a reason... anyway check everything with a millimeter, and check your fuses.
