Sorry for the dumb question but does the ITR DC2 come with a rear strut bar if so is that the one thats at the end of boot, the panel where the rear lights are?

No. There is an optional one from Honda though.
The bar in the boot is a chassis bar , to increase rigidity.

it will fit in your boot. the rear strut bar fits at the end of the boot, the panel where the rear lights are. Now i dont know how big your subs are, but if your subs are in the way of the rear strut bar, then u seriously need a smaller sub box.

doesn't the strut bar go across from directly above the rear wheels in the boot, there are two little removable plastic flaps which u can take of to gain access to the top of the shocks, and also to install rear strut.

the one your talking about (between the tail lights sort of) is standard on all ITR's, the other one that goes across the strut towers was an option

IMO if you are getting a strut bar get an aftermarket Cusco or even better Rigid strut (be warned the rigid bar requires plastic cutting but the Cusco doesn't) bar - Type R bar creaks like a mofo...

I've got spoon front/rear strut bars and they're great, just another option if you're planning to get an aftermetket one

Stock Honda rear bar 2nd hand market prices em at 120-170
Cusco $230 or so same with spoon.
