is there any difference between the year 2002 vs the 2003 Jazz GLi models?

u mean the hatch?

if so, 03 GLI still has that on the hatch as they don't have keyless entry standard.

no keyhole only for the facelift.

no keyhole came in a small 2004 update....not with the facelift. 2002 & 2003 odels are identical

yes but only for VTI and VTIS. not apply to GLI

can someone tell me about the facelift thing?
when u said facelift...do u mean the front bar and the grille only which is different?
