Hi everyone,

I'm pretty new to this forumn as i just got my car recently. And the sad part is some incosiderate ppl scratch from the back of my car to the door. Was thinking of getting it respray but would like to hear more views if there are any cheaper alternative to do up the scratch.

Has it gone all the way to the metal? Because if it has.......it might start rusting soon :(

how long does it usually take before metal on cars starts to rust?

yeah...depends how deep it is...
If its not that bad u might even be able to get it polished out

is paint off or just a long scratch

Its a long scratch with paint coming out as my is a black car so i could see the metal on the scratch...hmmmm seems really bad. Tried using the turtle wax to cover up but did not help

cover it up with at least something that slows the rust process down to buy u extra time before it really rusts out
