If that is really what you can afford and can't got any higher or save longer. It will be a good buy for you, price seem about right for the money. Sure there is more room to bargin with them

jazzle..how much is your friend selling his vti-s for?
any pictures? and any reason for selling the car?/
has anyone bought cars from ebay before? one thing i'm skeptic about ebay is u cant actually see, feel and test before u buy..
and for example..if i buy a car with warranty left in nsw (i;m in SA)..can i bring it to the dealers here in SA or its only valid in nsw?

1) if you want to buy a car on eBay - ask the seller if you can view the car and test the car (assuming you are living close enough to view the car), if you cant do that, then id be skeptic
2) regardless of which state you are in and which state the car was bought, warranty is covered nationally by Honda Australia as long as the warranty conditions have been met, for eg. regular servicing by an authorised mechanic (this can be the local mechanic and to the Honda dealer)

if i'm right...new cars get 36 months warranty..or within how many kms?
any thoughts about the resale value of jazz (what factors determined the resale value?)

Tell the seller to dream on if he thinks he can sell 2002 GLi manual Jazz for that price. Some people have really no idea. He probably thinks he can because he paid a lot more when he bought it, but Jazz GLi dropped in price a lot since the date of release. Drive away price for a brand new one would be less than $18K and probably closer to 17K if you haggle hard.

yeah..when i asked him how much he bought it for..he said 17ish..and he bought it 2nd hand..
he was pretty proud that he's the only one in SA selling the cheapest..he even adviced me that if i buy a jazz from interstate..it would be much more expensive..
haha..what a good advice
plus..he dont even know if there's warranty left (he even said its useless).
Warranty is 3years rite? he suggested it might be 5years..
anyway..i offered 12k but he said impossible..
so its ok..i have to be patience then..
another lady i called selling black 1.3 GLi year 2004..9000kms on it i think..best price is $15,500...
=(
i need a cheaper jazz so i can buy wheels and lowered it down
=O

This person seems like he has no idea is he doesn't know if it has warranty still ??? does he even remember the last service it had ??? if not and the books don't show a continual comprehensive service history I stay well clear of it.
