4th Gen Headlight Bulb replacement

Hey,
can someone help me out. Blown the left headlight on my 90 accord, and after playn around under the hood for awhile, i still got no idea how to get the old bulb out and a new one in.
Also are they H4 bulbs?

Check your owners manual for removal instructions mate, its dead easy, just remove the rubber weathershield cap around the globe and you will see the globe.

Yes the 4th Gen's run H4 globes.

first of all you need a small hand, and secondly you need to unscrew the top part of the windscreen washer bottle to give you some space to take the globe out.

Thanks for the help guys, eventually worked it out. What a bitch of a job it is. Now i just got to work up the patience to change the left parker light. Anyone found an easy way of removing the whole light?
