half cut includes an engine.. so it depends if that engine's gearbox has either auto transmission or manual..
btw do you actually have an ek9? coz no ek9's come in auto

You have to spend alot to get power out of any N/A Honda motor....

You may only need the Gearbox, pedal box, pedal, master cylinder and fluid lines, and possibly gearbox mounts, and also *MAYBE* the manual flywheel.
ECU doesn't need to be changed in MOST cases, plus the switches that stop the car from being started in any gear other than N and P can be hidden under the dash and be a good security measure! when you leave your car just click it into the D position :P

why not get a b16a / b18c halfcut (manual) and do an engine swap while your at it. Waste of time and money doing just a auto - manual trans swap. it would be cheaper to sell your car and buy the same in manual.. unless u wanna better engine.
b16a will cost around $2500 while b18c would cost at least $3500 and will cost nearly double that for the JDM b18c
b18c is a mucg better engine IMO, but is more expensive
IMO a b16a is a decent swap for an EK.. id just go that path if you were serious about it... but if u are serious then search is your friend :)
plenty of b16a and b18c info out there.

soo...everything would be there if i had a b16/b18 halfcut?
hurmmz..i want a manual but can't b bothered selling my car...
i sent a e-mail to a dealer...and he goes u just need pedals..and thats about it....
..if i go on with the conversion....labour gonna b a b*tch...but then again....couple of my friends are mechanics...soo i mite consider it.....i rather a 4door den a 2door.....mite even go turbo later on...:)

if you want a b16a in your car.. you might aswell sell your car, and buy a VTIR..
a conversion is never gonna be as good as from stock..
