What do you guys think of this rim for a Euro?

Cost is around $2350 with 225/40/r18 tires.

saw those rims at the dealer where i bought my car (eastern honda). they had em on a white euro with a factory body kit.

they suited the car pretty well and thats a pretty nice price for a set of 18's too... go for it dude!!

Thanks for all your comments and the photochop!

I will need to psych myself up to go ahead with this.. I am a bit worried as the Vertecs weigh 11kgs each - I think the stokies weigh just under 10kg. I would prefer not to lose acceleration performance if I can avoid it! Do you think it will be a noticeable difference?

Forged rims with tires are $3000+ - more than I want to spend.

Decisions decisions :)

maybe its just me...but stick to the oems:)

one look at that rims on the car...i am thinking must be some young punk behind the wheels(i tried not to refer it to rice when you can afford a $40k car)....why not save the money for real performance work...if you are patient, parts for the euro will surface in a year or so<laffz>

Rims make or break the car IMHO and those rims do look very nice.

Have you checked if the rolling road diameter is affected by you choice of rims and tyres? Also the ride will be that much harser as the lower profile tyres will absorb less of the road imperfections.

My Accord Type-S has got 22/45/17" rims and the ride is harser than with the stock 16" rims and tyres.

I'm a fan of the Simmons Alta's. Not a fan of the stockies at all.
