Shocks and Springs - HELP!

I'm looking to buy new Koni shocks for my 98 Si Prelude and the ones I was quoted for excludes SH model Preludes (this is what I was told). Does anyone have any idea what this means??? I was quoted $540/$510 for front/rear KONI SPORT shocks without springs. Is this a good price and does anyone know where else I can look? Can anyone recommend any other brands? I'm looking to spend $1000-$1500 for shocks and springs, I'm not too fussed about coilovers I also just want to lower the car about 1-1.5 inches all around. Any help would be much appreciated.

Where are you located? If you're in Melbourne, give Toperformance a call.

Koni shocks are good.... but come at a price :( KYB, GAB and Bilstein are also other good brands, call around and compare prices :)
As for lowering, at the same time these places should also get springs in, tell them what you want and they should be able to help you out.
