Whats your ratio?

I've taken my car on the highway for the first time with the new motor/box
I have noticed it is an alot higher ratio to my old box
when i'm in 5th traveling at 100Kph my RPM is at 3,500
I dont remeber what my old box used to be but its noticibly higher
just wondering is my box really high ratio or is that how they come
not too shure what my box is outa but it somehting b-series with vtec also genuine LSD with cable clutch

It mainly depends on the gearbox and the final drive (if changed).

my b16 sittin on 140km/hr is about 5200rpm with S1 tranny..
i think 100 is about 4100rpm or so

look on ur gbox n see what code its got..

Yours could be a late model type R gear box with 4.785 final.... in fact it is better than ur previous one if u like to street race a lil. :thumbsup:

lol i was doing 180Km/h and it was sitting on 5000Rpm.... at 100km/h it sits on roughly 3200rpm

the barcode sticker thinggy has been sprayed over haha
but before it got painted it has LSD printed on it with sum sorta stamp

mine one JDM Ek4 B16A .....when I running 100km/h .....it should be around 3400 - 3500 rpm at 5th gear!

when I first drive my car....I throught there should have something wrong with it....
coz my perviously car...JDM D15B traveling 100km/h ...the rpm is only around 2900

it depend on the final gear!!!

Mine at 100km h is around 3300rpm.

maybe the jdm final drive have higher ratio than AUDM

my stock em1 does 120km@4000rpm...

if its a bseries motor/gearbox 100km@3500rpm is about right
