is it possible to buy and replace my existing hubs with the type-r hubs making my car able to fit 5 stud wheels?

and can i simply change the brake calipers and discs for the type-r aswell?

It is possible but I don't know details, do a search first and look among traders.

I have a '94 Gsi (with 4 spoke) and wanted to put 5 stud wheels on it. i spoke to honda about getting my car altered and they said the cost would be rediculous as you would have to buy new axles and have them swapped over. The part where the studs screw in, are part of the axle. So just go and buy 4 spoke rims! Lots of rims come in 4 and 5 spoke models, however in catalogs you only see the 5 stud variant as its more common for a car to have 5 studs these days. Ask around and you'll get something good in 4 stud.
