Setting up a custom exhaust system.

Hey guys,
Im just wondering...

If u have headers with a 2.5 inch collector -> 2.5 inch cat -> custom 2.5 inch b-pipe -> muffer.

Would u get a 2.5 inch inlet on the muffler, and what size tip is best, or doesnt it matter?

Also, should u put a resonator on this? If so what sizes are best?

yep 2.5" inlet... tip size shouldn't matter, just get something that looks nice :D

i personaly wouldn't bother with a resonator

agreed, resonator makes very little difference to sound (i am assuming this is the reason why you are using it) muffler will make all the diff...

Would u lose performance if u had a setup of all 2.5inch and had an inlet on the muffler of 3inch?
