5th Gen Manual Conversion - Parts list?

Does anybody have a list of ALL the parts needed to convert an F22B1 Auto to an F22B1 Manual?

I searched the forum but couldn't find anything, and I KNOW I've seen one before, I just can't remember where the hell i found it.

If anyone has done the conversion and has a full parts list/writeup on the whole process, that would be much appreciated!

This is in reference to a 4th gen. Not sure what engine either but its something.
