Hey Guys,
Just wondering if any of you has fitted a tow bar to your Jazz. What price, where, etc.
Thanks in advance

Tow bars for most cars are around the $150 mark. Its not like there is much point installing a heavy duty Hayman Reese
You will also need wiring for lights if your going to connect a trailer. Make sure you don't plan to tow more than the very small capacity stated in the owners manual.
The reason there is so many roof rack options for this vehicle is that towing is not recommended.

It is in fact for a bike rack, one of the Mac Rack type ones. I wouldn't intend to tow a trailer.
thanks for your help.

ive got one . . .
i had it installed to tow my boat ie towbar and wires.
i cant remeber prices of each individual thing sorry but it cost me about 700 i think to get honda to put it on for me.
sorry i do remeber it being more expensive than what i initially thought it would be.
just give honda parts a call and they'll tell you how much

The car will sit better not sag in the back with the roof mounted bike racks but I suppose you already have the rear rack.
Don't get a tow bar from a Honda (please bend over and touch your toes) dealer unless you want to pay 4 times the price for the same tow bar. A specialist place will probably also do a heaps better job of fitting it since thats what they do all day.

I have the factory tow bar. I got it fitted for free (plus other accessories) because the dealer wouldn't budge on price. I have never used it.
tow bar's are usefull when someone try to rear end your car unless its a 4 wheel drive:D

They can also cause more damage to your own car in a rear ender.

Do you want to sell it then?

Just read in the owners manual that it says DO NOT attach a bike rack to the back of the Jazz. Doesn't give any other explanation though.

What about these? I checked the "Fit Guide" but no Jazz...:( Is the Jazz a US model?
