View Full Version : EG Hatch Armrest... Mirror Control?

hey guys just wanting to know whether this is the stock mirror control? or is this an aftermarket job? cos i have seen them on several civics... hence my confusion... how good is the interior job? :)

Looks like an aftermarket job to me. It's looks also left hand drive, so it must be a US model coupe or hatch.

maybe they just shifted the mirror control from the dash to the arm rest??

yeah it is a US car... is that what the dash control looks like? >and do EGs come with power windows?

yea ..doesnt look like the right place to fit it .. it will not b comfy if u rest ur arms on it.

Looks like the standard control switch from an EG6 with folding mirrors relocated to the arm rest.

Yep, it must definitely be a custom job, as you can tell by the custom upholstery. The car this picture is of may not have come standard with power mirrors, they could have been retrofitted afterwards along with the other customisations.

pillow you've mentioned the eg6... for the life of me, i', still confused what the numbers mean... eg4/eg6 etc... and the letters? eh/eg. do you have a link to a thread with all this in it? and is there info on what certain models came with? and yes i have searched/read... still confused... waah!

The controller is OEM, it came standard on the Japanese EG6, the little button on the top right of the controller is for the folding mirrors. For modle info, have a read of this thread:

Thanks, i looked, but it doesn't have anything specific about eg6s... hmmm more research i guess
