Mugen Lip Kit

Is it true that the mugen lip kit was not designed for the 05 jazz's?

I've been told if i want to install the kit, they'll have to cut the edges off my stock bumper =\

asked the workshop : have screw the bumper to hold the lip.......many small holes on your pumper when u want to take it off !!! or stick the lip on your bumper.... have to paint the bumper when lip is taken off !!
