My car has been in hibernation for the past 2 weeks. I finally got it back today. Some of the stuff installed include: custom Balsarini kit (originally meant for a Honda Odyssey but refitted for the Jazz), X-force handling kit (I still have yet to install the lower front swaybar and the room bar), and the Porsche big brake kit. I also deleted the rear wiper for a cleaner look and installed a small rear middle wing, also inspired by the Balsarini kit for the Odyssey. Then I get the shop to color match the body glossy black paint for the foglamp covers. I am still missing a grill because they forgot to paint it. Should be on the car next week...

The dynamite front headlights are a Taiwanese made copy. Pretty decent, but I only know a local (indonesian) supplier and I don't think shipping the lights to OZ would be economically sound....

Wheels are 17s. Also got 25mm spacers up front and at the back to get the wheels to flush with the fenders. Also to fit the porsche brakes.

And I am on sportek coilovers. That's not low. I already raised it by over 1.5 inches after the kit. Before, the top of the tires would be inside the fender wells.

I personally would have preferred a solid black color tint or even a dark brown tint instead of this reflective crap that the dealer installed for me...

You can see on my x-trail in the background, I also got the same reflective tint...

just curious..how expensive is it to get the porsche calipers and rotor..and to get it installed..

Wow, didn't expect so many responses overnight... but to answer some questions:

GOLFPHUNK - I got the calipers amd rotors from a junkyard in Hongkong for around USD 1200. Then I got a race shop over there to make the brackets using nickel cadmium alloy so it's a bolt-on affair for me. The rotors are replacement supra turbo calipers, slotted and vented, 322mm and converted from a 5-lug to a 4-lug pattern, all done by the same shop. My landed cost to Jakarta is about US$1500.

PANDA - Yes, the wheels are 17x7 R2 Real Racing forged wheels in white. I had to make 25mm spacers front and matching ones for the back to fit the calipers.

bilz~ - The vtec badge is standard for all Indonesian-made Honda Jazz VTEC. I just took off all other badgings and left the vtec one there.

DREAMS - I would have taken off the side mouldings to make it look more "FIT-like" but the problem is it would have holes and I would need to patch those holes up and repaint all 4 doors. Quite a major job and I am not prepared for that.

STTICH - The car has 1500km on the odometer right now. It's my wife's car and she barely drives it.

Hah...doubt it. It's an auto and our country's gas is crappy. Also this is the wife's domain. Can't really turn it into an undependable ride...

actually a few places install this type of tint in brissie but they quite clearly specify its for show use not for road but they will install it but you are made aware of it quite clearly when handing over the $$$
