Em1 front bar on a ek hatch?

Would a factory em1 front bar bolt on to an 98' Ek hatch? Or would it need custom work to fit?

I believe it would need custom work (thats if im correct in assuming that em1's only came in 99-00 facelift models).

It wont fit....
unless you want to change the headlights, bonnet, side guards
thats if you have the pre facelift model
