I suppose that you could pick up an old b16 for around the $2000 mark (??) and it just goes up from there.

To start off with we need more info. What have you got already? Like which engine, what car, how much you want to spend, what will you be doing with it (ie, track, drag, street), what mods have you done?

I suggest a B18c :thumbsup: the H22a is to heavy but is good for drag.

And yeah, go do some research about what would be best. I suggest you look at getting a B18c. All up you will fall well below your 6-8g budget, which will allow you to upgrade your brakes and suspension to cope with the increase of power.
