axles and engine mounts....

hey guys i've been reading a lot on the US forums bout honda axles being crap, can anyone verify this? does an old EG model need new axles if im gonna do anything serious to it? i.e. at what stage would it? i also heard this from the guy who sold my mum her last car.... is it true?


and engine mounts - who here has replaced their old worn ones, and found the new ones to be good/better/worse etc? please let me know!

There are quite a few people who have replaced mounts - I think there was a post in the technical section about it a while ago.
