I got some and they are really good. I compared the finish of them to spoon, mugen and apexi, and apexi's finish is crap, not smooth at all. Spoon was good, and mugen was perfect. The FGK's were equal with the mugens in finish.

never dynoed it before, but it felt really good. Its the only aftermarket extractors I have had before, so I can't really compare to others.

It would be better than a JDM ITR header. The ITR header is a good cheap header, but its still comprimised as it came from Honda to suit many people. Thats why people uprgrade them.
So really its a choise between how much you want to spend. More performance out the FGK, but the ITR one is cheaper
