EK headlights

Ok guys I'm new to this whole honda thing so hopefully you can help me out

I've just bought a car but I want to clean the inside of the headlight covers cause I can see some smudged stuff which I c an't feel on the outside so I think its inside, happens on R33 skylines an you can clean inside with this stuff to clear it up

Does anyone have instructions on how to do it? take the headlight cover off I mean

you have to bake your headlights in the oven to soften the sealant between the housing and the cover

then clean away...and black out your headlights while youre there...

ok....by blackout you mean paint the silver bit inside black? done. the car I bought has EK9 headlights :D
