it shouldnt really matter. Your car will just eventually blow out the excess out the exhaust.

So dont worry about it :)

Depends how much more you put in exactly. If its WAY too much its not good.

Either way, just drain it and put back in the correct amount of what you drained.

your sump plug. You will see a bolt on the bottom of your sump, same bolt you use to drain the oil when you do an oil change :)

Rowie is right, your exhaust will spit most of it out...
But as for draining it, the Prelude's have the smallest drain plug. When your loosening the bolt it takes about 1.5 rotations and the plug is out... Crazy shit!!! (well thats 3rd Gen)

Overall, don't worry to much about it :D

it can also wreck the cat on the way out ;)

i ended up with a disfunctional catalytic convertor after overfilling my car with oil.
i was wondering why my car had a black build up on the arse end for about 5 months. it'd happen within a week of cleaning it too.
then i got a new exhaust system. problem solved.

a little over is okay, too much is no good.

Why didn’t you just drain it a little?
Or didn’t you know you put too much in?

Bit of a hi-jack of this thread, but while we are on the subject of Oil. What would be the best oil for a H22A?

What are most people using? Has anyone had bad experiences?

I used to use mobil 1 5w50, except it'd turn into shite at around 1500-2000kms. Although it wouldn't burn as much.

I use 10w30 feo for daily driving
