Exhaust Manifold/Header Legal Issues

I know that in Cali, headers have to pass CARB emissions testing and manufacturers must make certain CARB payments to be considered legal.
I was wondering in Australia, are all our available oem (such as ITR) and aftermarket headers for an EG civic, legal?

Are there any specific legal issues i should know about when shopping for headers regarding;

b-series headers?
d-series headers?
4-1 headers?
4-2-1 headers?
noise?
piping diameter?
anything i've left out?

ill think ull find there r no emissions regulations in oz besides shit to to with catalytic convertors.

i could be wrong but i doubt a cop would note what header u have LOL

Any OEM or aftermarket Header in NSW is legal, if it fits your engine.
Best to contact your relevant state RTA technical advice line as to qualifies.
