uve just answered you're own question?

LS VTEC and individual throttle bodies:

1 throttle per cylinder,

and LS/VTEC is where there is a NON VTEC bottom end, and VTEC HEAD bolted on, to create usable low end torque.

Individual throttle bodies or ITB's.

Or for us 4 cylinder owner's - Quad throttle bodies

They're illegal for street use and give u sh1t load of power.

Each cyclinder receives a fuller charge of air and fuel, also the volume of air in your intake manifold is reduced, giving you much better throttle response.

And they're quite $$$$
