For anyone with these seats - how luch lower do they allow you to sit in your car?

I am a fairly tall lad at 193cm (about 196cm with the gel in my hair :D ) - my EM1 fits me well but I would like to sit much lower in the car to allow more head clearance. I would like to know if the SR3/SSCUS SR seats will allow me to sit lower in the car?

Does anyone know of any low seat rails that would fit an SSCUS SR seat or could anyone recommend another solution or seat?

if you use bride rails you'll with them you'll sit a few cm's lower than where you're currently at

They aren't bucket seats, they're recliners so which rails do you mean?

Hey mate, my cuz just brought a set for his car. And with the rails they come with, it does drop the height a little, I'd say a good couple of cm's. His got an EG sedan by the way.

Cool mate - are you talking about the SSCUS SR (SR3 replicas that INK sells on this forum) seats and the SSCUS rails that come with them?

Aren't Vision super lows only for bucket seats though??

Yeah i'm talking about the SR3 replicas. You'll pretty much be able to mount any rails on these seats, the bottom is flat.

Vision super lows you reckon mate?

Don't know what the vision superlows look like, but if it's just a simple four bolt onto a flat surface and the right width a part, shouldn't be a problem.

Any idea?

yeah, vision superlows will work.
even those rails will be noticably lower. the stock rails themselves are quite tall so you get a large gap between floor and the seat compared to aftermarket rails.
the bride rails i'm refering to are the RO rails designed for Recaro SR's. as long the width between the mounting points on the SCUSS are the same as recaros they will fit (may need extra holes drilled). these rails are about 2cm lower than the stock rails. then with the seats you will be even lower.
the dimensions of the bride rails are on their US site
