Registering on ozhonda

Got a mate who wants to register on ozhonda..
Says that Admin have disabled the proceedure or something.
Can anyone shed some light on this topic?

Yeah it has been disabled for the next week or so till we sort out the current 'issues'. Ask him to check back in a week or so and it should be open again.
