Just wanting t know when u to know the clutch needs changing?
right now, my car isnt smooth of downshifts no matter how i rev-match
the car isnt really smooth on upshifts neither, jolts a little bit
but when i do the famous clutch test... which involves putting handbrake all the way up, then revand hold to 2000 and releasing clutch to a little beyond friction point the revs do not slip
does that mean my clutch isnt gone and its something else?

could be a glazed flywheel and or pressure plate.

Could be many things, Spigot bearing is catching/damaged, pressure plate has damaged fingers, clutch needs adjustment for full clutch engagement(change and bleed your clutch fluid)
ECU-MAN's points are valid as well

Depending on the actual problem itself maybe a worn engine mount (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=27334&highlight=engine+mount)?
Does it jerk when you back off the throttle in say 1st ?

another little trick- put the car in 5th, try to start it, if the car starts ure clutch is fried
do the same up the hill if it slips its gone.
