could be your seals. try lubing them.
go buy some rubber care lube..
and spray where the window slides.
dont use an oil-based lube though IMO - best for windows and moonroof is TEFLON POWDER.

Might be that your motor is going and you need to replace them as well - everytime you raise or lower the windows/sunroof is it slow or only some of the time?
As the others have said, when the windows are closed and it leaks it could be your seals.

I have the same problem, mine is just the plastic/rubber part I think.
After I removed the door to install speakers and put them back on, it was better abit.
I think it was more loose after I replaced the door.

If u mean that your window moves slow when u try put it up or down then i think its ur window arm! there is a wheel inside ur arm that allows it to slide up and down in a fixed motion when the wheel dies and becomes week so it doesnt allow it to move well then your window starts to jam in the end but at first just moves slower especially when its raining!
I know cause it happened to me twice and i broke my window tryin to bring it up by hand when i was at the snow! and yesi drove up the mountain with my window down and all teh way home with my window down and yes i froze my ass off ahahahha

To replace window arms/motors is not all that difficult. It is simply a matter of removing the inner trim, unscrewing a few bolts, taking the window itself out and then unbolting the remaining bolts to remove the arm/motor.
If you dont want to do it yourself, I am sure Honda would be able to do it for you or alternatively any decent car workshop.
Let me know if you want a diy as I might have one floating around on my computer.

my another problem is when I close the windows right to the top ! and it doesn't fit right....it got a little gap on both side of the windows!
I dunno if the problem of the rubble or on the power windows ( the silder problem)

yeah i had slow windows on the way up, but on the way down they fast, just lubed all the window arm hinges and all that with wd40 still was a bit slow, then used the rubber lube and worked a treat if this doesnt work then u might have bent arms or something.

I had the same problem with mine, although it needed more lube, not a new motor. I notice it too late though, now my windows are all scratched as hell. I still remember the scraping sound in my nightmares.

Here you go - while it is a diy to install power windows you get the idea of how to pull everything apart.
