i own a bb prelude 93 model with jdm h22 5speed conversion!
cold start in the morning or anyother time! engine starts as soon as u turn engine off, the radiator fan starts at "acc" position on the barrel! really strange. the only way 2 turn it off is pull out fuse , relay or batt terminal! even if u dont start engine once u ture the key and then ture it back 2 off it starts!
changed relay but still the same... thats it im selling it!!!!

accords and preludes have a circuit in them to run the radiator fan when the engine is off to cool the engine bay, its only ment to run when the enginebay is warm or hot

but if the fan still run when the car hasn't been started than there is a problem but if you start the car and let it run for a while and than turn it off the fan still runs to cool down the motor and stuff

3rd gen prelude's do, but do 4th gen prelude's? Surely if it had a engine conversion, the controller for this may have been replaced.
