Hey mate,
It's not too hard if you have played around with audio before, or can borrow a friend with some basic knowledge!
You need to be a lil' more specific if you need some help, i.e. whether or not you are using the factory speakers or new ones etc.
It's always worth re-wiring your speakers-to-deck, those wires are nearly 10 years old!!
You will need a mounting bracket to fit it in nicely, please, oh please do yourself a favour and try your hardest to connect all wiring *properly* before you lock the deck into the mounting bracket, there isn't a lot of room under there remember!!
Post up if you run into trouble!!
Good luck!

^ yeah mounting kit required... if it's an alpine unit they make a mounting kit for it. Otherwise I'm pretty sure aerpro (spelling?) make a universal one.

Aeropro Mounting Kits Part Numbers.
FP997801 - Kit without single pocket
FP997898 - Kit with single pocket
both can be purchased from any autobarn stores but they will need a deposit to order in as they do not keep in stock...pretty sure its the same with all stores...
