OB?

I assume you're asking if the diagnostics system is OBD2 compliant?

yes it is.

You need to look at the ECU plugs to determine if its OBD2A or OBD2B

Dude don't answer questions that you don't know ay, it'll just cause more confusion. I was hoping for someone who acutally knows to answer and not just guess.

depends what you are putting it into.

you are not going to be driving the half cut around are you?

you will be driving your car - which has its own key, yes?

more details required to answer...

ProECU - my 98 VTiR is OBD2a can you bypass the immob on it?

For ANY ECU which has the Immo board with Stamping IMMO-AO, it can be bypassed with a modification & board which I can supply.

This will do the following:
a) allow the use of ANY transponder Key
b) allow the use of ANY key period, with 1 extra step.

depends what you are putting it into. - 97 EK1 Hatch

you are not going to be driving the half cut around are you? - Nope, but it would be pretty kool :p

you will be driving your car - which has its own key, yes? - Correct, I stole the keys with the car :D

I'm just a little confused on wiring. I've basicly got a whole car with everything in it, what is the normal procedure with the wiring? eg Change all wires from teg to civic or just cut and snip bits here and there?
