Adjustable cam gears

ANyone using them?? Do you think they'd make a difference on a sohc vtec or are they more efficient on twin cams mills?

the cam gears by them selves wont make much of a difference..

they r there to make tuning more radical..there for u need ECu engine mods cams and so on to see the maximum effect of em

trust me dude..if its still SOHC then go for turbo...dun waste ur money on cams ect...dats the easiest n cheapest way to go :)
