just wondering if anyone has had any work or dealt with ivan tighe camshafts? i'm looking at getting my camshaft machined to a more aggresive stage and i met someone who used to work there and could get me a good deal! just wondered if they're much good or weather i should look elsewhere! thanx everyone!

by meaning much good i mean price, valuable advice from the ppl who work there and customer interaction!

A Honda Rally Team here in SA originally helped the Tighe team develop their first honda camshafts.
They basically started by replicating known brand lobe profiles.

I dont think you can go wrong with these cams if you can get them cheap. For the prices I was quoted a few years back, it was better going for the original.

This Rally Team eventually changed to Toda/Skunk (not sure which) cams, not sure why this is, or if it has anything to do with Tighe cam quality/performance.
