i am a member as u can see but i cant post my car for sale and i am not sure why
as i can see it the club is good but what is the point of me being in the club if i cant even advatise my car for sale

ummmm.....you need to be a MEMBER, not a NEWCOMER which are you at the moment =)

hence why it says newcomer above your name

this means you cannot sell your car or parts just yet
at the moment the site is undergoing alot of changes this being one of them we are upgrading to a reputation system which will change the way you become a member at the moment it is very very close to being finished give us a week or so....and this will be sorted stay tuned for posts about this

for now i advise you sit tight for a bit or if you really must sell ASAP then try carsales or trading post

a car club is a place to share ur experiences with others AND YOUR CAR. Joining a car club to sell ur car with the main purpose is like joining a swingers club to get castrated

As Leyroy stated so nicely :) you are not yet a member. Just signing up to our site does not mean you are a member. And this is only your second contribution to our site? In order to aquire member status you must contribute to the website. Again, as leyroy stated, our systems are currently being revised and it will infact be an easier process than it use to be to become a member.

If your only intentions are here to sell your car and not contribute to our community, then it will be a bit difficult for you. :)

Hi I am a moderator too. The question is - WHAT is the point of being in a club IF you only want to sell your car ? I do not or never will see you as a member at all IF all you want is a free sale. You signed up , and you read our terms and conditions. Also , We have multiples of stickies to help out newcomers and members alike.

Take your business to another website such as www.tradingpost.com.au or www.carsales.com.au... as we do not appreciate people abusing our hard work / free webspace and signing up JUST to sell cars/items. :thumbdwn:

MY key to the thread starter, do a search for the terms and conditions on selling, and the terms and conditions on the entire site.

Good point. I usually leave open for a reply BUT this is a no-brainer.

User , i am "pissed off" too because a person decides to sign up JUST to abuse my site - and has the guts to complain about it EVEN though he is too lazy to read our terms - everything is given to you as the newcomer or member on a silver plater.

Anything relative to this in future will be locked and forgotten :)
