you would lose heaps of cash for the trade over if u did for cost of trade you could easily go for euro r/mugen body kit & a after market sat nav i mean thats all that different really at the end of the day the core of the euro remains the same

The only way I could see this happen is if someone bought their Euro on a business lease or hire purchase and need to renew. Since the Euro wasnt out till 2003 and most leases are 3 years or more, its not likely this will happen.

(rhetorical) question: has the clutch issues been fixed? :p

It does looks nice.. but i'm iffy now about another Euro, especially if there is little gain.

You mean master cylinder? Not everyone has had this issue. As hard as I have tried to find problems with my clutch, etc - there just aren't any. The clutch feels slightly different to when it was new but every service I ask them to check it and they say it is perfect. Maybe i am paranoid. I am almost at 39k now.

If I get a minimum of 75k out of the stock clutch I will not complain as it gives me an excuse to upgrade to the exedy clutch and flywheel kit (i think Chris F had a price of $1200 installed). Gee tyres cost me $800 every 30k - so it is no big deal.

I don't think it is worth upgrading to the new model unless you have money to throw around.

i'll get rid of mine before 100 000 km but seeing i do 16000km a year i'll have at least 5 years with it then i will go the new shape next gen euro if the new one is as good value for money as this one is...so i dont think it's worth losing money cos of a few new features on the 06 i'll just wait for the totall revamp and see what it's like.

The 06 is a mild update and I dont see any real benefit to updating.

Wait for the 2008 model instead. It will be worth it.

06 is just cosmetic from what i can see......exterior i actually prefer our current 03 04 05 model (though u could say it IS biased) and the interior, onyl thing i like is the integrated GPS + headunit.
OH and also, on the hood, it doesnt seem to have the euros trademark chrome strip. It seems like now they integrated the strip to be part of the grille......so the bonnet is just clean

As much as I love the Euro, don't think I'll buy another one, even for the extra's and even for a manual version (i have an AT atm). I'll be waiting for the next JDM Accord instead, or something better :D

I also will not upgrade. I have just bought coilovders and body kit for my Euro. If anyone want the Sat Nav, get those that run on a Pocket PC. That way, you will have a PDA as well.
