anyone know of any good places for a clutch kit install?
in sydney.

no offence but if its a standard clutch it not a hard job to do yourself. great if yu have a jack

any mechanic should be able to do it its not hard, just find the cheapest place if u dont wanna do it urself.

alot of mechs will rip you off big with what they charge for replacing the clutch even if you do provide the clutch.

they are good guys and will give you a resonable price
from memory they charged me $250.
ok guys, i was actually looking at a HD clutch kit.
also want to change bearings on the driveshaft and outer CV boots, so a cheap and reliable place would be good.
i got a quote from Western Clutches for $1000ish doing the lot, probably the most reliable place in Sydney for the job. Cheapest i found was $700 at TNK motors.
anyone do any better than that?

What do you mean by driveshaft bearings?
i have called around, but that seems like the general price.
honestly i wouldnt have a clue what i mean by drive shaft bearings, but it's what i've been told. i get this clicking sound when the car hasn't got the clutch pushed to the floor or when the car is moving.
