99 accord v6 auto box dramas...honda oil my saviour.

well i had major dramas with my gearbox over the last few months,thumping into gear,hesitating,slipping and shuddering when changing,the list goes on.anyways i thought id service the box so off i went to honda too order a service kit to be told all you can do is change the oil...no external filter,and that the honda oil fixes most things, which i took as a load of shit.anyways i put cheap oil in and no change so i cave in and buy the honda stuff and bugger me the bloody thing is like a brand new box.so i will only use honda oil,but i wanna know wot makes it so good..

well i got it at trade so i think it was 33 bucks for the 3lts the box needs wet...
