could someone please tell me what the engine code for my breeze 94?

i've searched but found nothing

maybe i didn't search good enough

would it be the same as this

4th Gen ED Civic GL
Released: 12/87-1992
Engine code: D15B4
Engine location: Front
Engine orientation: Transverse
Capacity (cm3): 1493cc
Fuel system type: Dual Carb
Maximum power: 74kW @ 6300rpm
Maximum torque: 126Nm @ 4500rpm
Compression ratio 9.2:1


since mine is a dual carb 1.5L?

d15z2 if it's the 1.5L or d13b2 if it's the 1.3(I think). Being 94 it is probably the 1.5L.

go look at the rego sticker.. it should hav a series of number..

either starting wth D15B or D13B

redbook says its a d15z2

reason i was asking was because i have a d15b vtec engine (blacktop)

and was going to do an entire conversion.

wouldn't a mini-me be much easier?

is it possible to do a headswap with this engine?

sticker doesn't say anything about it being a d15z2

its not d15z2
d15z2 is 1.5L single carby not dual carby...

breeze is a single carby and hence d15z2.

Argh I'm sick of getting into this discussion all the time. Just check the block. Maybe you should start another thread asking your other question about the conversion stuff cuz it kinda got lost in this one.
