Oil filter thread size

Hi there this is really gonna test the Honda freeks out there.

I'm trying to buy a oil cooler adaptor/sadwich plate but all they can tell me is that the plate is a 'universal fit' for most popular japanese models.

Can someone tell me the thread size of the oil filter?

This is the thread size the told me

'Thread size 3/4 *16 UNF-16 '

Easy, spend <$5 on a Ryco or Cooper Z79 Oil Filter and make sure it screws on to the kit when you buy it...
