View Full Version : install an universal grounding kit

hey..
as suggested in title.. i bought a set of universal grounding kit (5 cables)..
as i am next to dumb when it comes to anything electrical... can anyone help me on how to install the kit?
or its better off to let expert to install it for me?? if so how much am i looking at??

It takes 2 secs to install it, need a 10mm socket or wrench, put the bracket holder at the terminal and wire all the wires around the engine bay.

Trottle, alternator, firewall, up near the headlights areas etc

in what ways??? more power, economoy, no dimming lights while pumping the system???

you fell it more on an old car then on a new car
better throttle response, can feel abit more power (probably because better spark)
more stable power output etc.

You can hold your wires direct to your spark plugs, you should be able to feel the improvement then

yes it helps no dimming of the light. well worth the investment IMO. Some car got dyno after installing the grounding kit and it made 0.5kw atw extra.

no. a grounding kit is an essential part of an engine, like any device which has a power source. these are only really needed when the factory grounds start to perish.
